Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 7–18 business days
Europe: 8–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

We may occasionally offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become available.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, MomoLulu Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
